Out-of-bounds Read Affecting libperf-debuginfo package, versions <0:6.12.0-124.31.1.el10_1

The vulnerable component is not bound to the network stack and the attacker's path is via read/write/execute capabilities.

A successful attack depends on conditions beyond the attacker's control.
