CWE-367  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

There is no fixed version for Centos:10 podman.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream podman package and not the podman package as distributed by Centos. See How to fix? for Centos:10 relevant fixed versions and status.

The filepath.Walk and filepath.WalkDir functions are documented as not following symbolic links, but both functions are susceptible to a TOCTOU (time of check/time of use) race condition where a portion of the path being walked is replaced with a symbolic link while the walk is in progress.
