How to fix?

Upgrade Centos:6 kernel-kdump-devel to version 0:2.6.32-358.11.1.el6 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream kernel-kdump-devel package and not the kernel-kdump-devel package as distributed by Centos. See How to fix? for Centos:6 relevant fixed versions and status.

The veth (aka virtual Ethernet) driver in the Linux kernel before 2.6.34 does not properly manage skbs during congestion, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (system crash) by leveraging lack of skb consumption in conjunction with a double-free error.
