How to fix?

Upgrade Centos:6 libguestfs-devel to version 1:1.20.11-20.el6 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libguestfs-devel package and not the libguestfs-devel package as distributed by Centos. See How to fix? for Centos:6 relevant fixed versions and status.

OCaml before 4.03.0 does not properly handle sign extensions, which allows remote attackers to conduct buffer overflow attacks or obtain sensitive information as demonstrated by a long string to the String.copy function.
