There is no fixed version for Centos:7 libtiff.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libtiff package and not the libtiff package as distributed by Centos. See How to fix? for Centos:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

A segment fault (SEGV) flaw was found in libtiff that could be triggered by passing a crafted tiff file to the TIFFReadRGBATileExt() API. This flaw allows a remote attacker to cause a heap-buffer overflow, leading to a denial of service.
