There is no fixed version for Centos:7 qemu-kvm.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream qemu-kvm package and not the qemu-kvm package as distributed by Centos. See How to fix? for Centos:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

The slirp_smb function in net/slirp.c in QEMU 2.3.0 and earlier creates temporary files with predictable names, which allows local users to cause a denial of service (instantiation failure) by creating /tmp/qemu-smb.- files before the program.
