There is no fixed version for Centos:7 rubygem-rake.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream rubygem-rake package and not the rubygem-rake package as distributed by Centos. See How to fix? for Centos:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

The openssl gem for Ruby uses the same initialization vector (IV) in GCM Mode (aes-*-gcm) when the IV is set before the key, which makes it easier for context-dependent attackers to bypass the encryption protection mechanism.
