How to fix?

Upgrade Centos:8 criu-devel to version 0:3.18-4.module+el8.9.0+20326+387084d0 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream criu-devel package and not the criu-devel package as distributed by Centos. See How to fix? for Centos:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

QUIC connections do not set an upper bound on the amount of data buffered when reading post-handshake messages, allowing a malicious QUIC connection to cause unbounded memory growth. With fix, connections now consistently reject messages larger than 65KiB in size.
