How to fix?

Upgrade Centos:8 golang-race to version 0:1.19.13-1.module+el8.8.0+20373+d9cd605c or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream golang-race package and not the golang-race package as distributed by Centos. See How to fix? for Centos:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

The HTTP/2 protocol allows a denial of service (server resource consumption) because request cancellation can reset many streams quickly, as exploited in the wild in August through October 2023.
