How to fix?

Upgrade Centos:8 mod_ssl to version 1:2.4.37-30.module+el8.3.0+7001+0766b9e7 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream mod_ssl package and not the mod_ssl package as distributed by Centos. See How to fix? for Centos:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

In Apache HTTP server 2.4.0 to 2.4.39, Redirects configured with mod_rewrite that were intended to be self-referential might be fooled by encoded newlines and redirect instead to an unexpected URL within the request URL.
