How to fix?

Upgrade Centos:8 swtpm-tools to version 0:0.7.0-4.20211109gitb79fd91.module+el8.9.0+18724+20190c23 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream swtpm-tools package and not the swtpm-tools package as distributed by Centos. See How to fix? for Centos:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

A flaw was found in the QEMU disk image utility (qemu-img) 'info' command. A specially crafted image file containing a json:{} value describing block devices in QMP could cause the qemu-img process on the host to consume large amounts of memory or CPU time, leading to denial of service or read/write to an existing external file.
