How to fix?

There is no fixed version for Centos:9 fence-agents-cisco-ucs.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream fence-agents-cisco-ucs package and not the fence-agents-cisco-ucs package as distributed by Centos. See How to fix? for Centos:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

The msgpack decoder fails to properly validate the input buffer length when processing truncated fixext data (format codes 0xd4-0xd8). This can lead to an out-of-bounds read and a runtime panic, allowing a denial of service attack.
