How to fix?

Upgrade Centos:9 golang-src to version 0:1.20.10-1.el9_3 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream golang-src package and not the golang-src package as distributed by Centos. See How to fix? for Centos:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

QUIC connections do not set an upper bound on the amount of data buffered when reading post-handshake messages, allowing a malicious QUIC connection to cause unbounded memory growth. With fix, connections now consistently reject messages larger than 65KiB in size.
