How to fix?

Upgrade Centos:9 qemu-kvm-ui-opengl to version 17:8.2.0-11.el9_4 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream qemu-kvm-ui-opengl package and not the qemu-kvm-ui-opengl package as distributed by Centos. See How to fix? for Centos:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

QEMU through 8.0.0 could trigger a division by zero in scsi_disk_reset in hw/scsi/scsi-disk.c because scsi_disk_emulate_mode_select does not prevent s->qdev.blocksize from being 256. This stops QEMU and the guest immediately.
