Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream aws-load-balancer-controller-2.5 package and not the aws-load-balancer-controller-2.5 package as distributed by Chainguard.

On Darwin, building a Go module which contains CGO can trigger arbitrary code execution when using the Apple version of ld, due to usage of the -lto_library flag in a "#cgo LDFLAGS" directive.
