How to fix?

Upgrade Chainguard clusterctl to version 1.6.3-r0 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream clusterctl package and not the clusterctl package as distributed by Chainguard. See How to fix? for Chainguard relevant fixed versions and status.

Verifying a certificate chain which contains a certificate with an unknown public key algorithm will cause Certificate.Verify to panic. This affects all crypto/tls clients, and servers that set Config.ClientAuth to VerifyClientCertIfGiven or RequireAndVerifyClientCert. The default behavior is for TLS servers to not verify client certificates.
