Upgrade Chainguard zitadel-4 to version 4.15.0-r4 or higher.

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream zitadel-4 package and not the zitadel-4 package as distributed by Chainguard. See How to fix? for Chainguard relevant fixed versions and status.

SSH servers which use CertChecker as a public key callback without setting IsUserAuthority or IsHostAuthority could be caused to panic by a client presenting a certificate. CertChecker now returns an error instead of panicking when these callbacks are nil.
