How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:10 jhead to version 2.84-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream jhead package and not the jhead package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:10 relevant fixed versions and status.

Buffer overflow in the DoCommand function in jhead before 2.84 might allow context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via (1) a long -cmd argument and (2) unspecified vectors related to "a bunch of potential string overflows."
