Upgrade Debian:10 pidgin to version 2.7.11-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream pidgin package and not the pidgin package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:10 relevant fixed versions and status.

cipher.c in the Cipher API in libpurple in Pidgin before 2.7.10 retains encryption-key data in process memory, which might allow local users to obtain sensitive information by reading a core file or other representation of memory contents.
