Upgrade Debian:10 xli to version 1.17.0-20 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream xli package and not the xli package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:10 relevant fixed versions and status.

Buffer overflow in xloadimage 4.1 and earlier, and xli, might allow user-assisted attackers to execute arbitrary code via a long title name in a NIFF file, which triggers the overflow during (1) zoom, (2) reduce, or (3) rotate operations.
