Upgrade Debian:11 binutils to version 2.35-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream binutils package and not the binutils package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.

A Null Pointer Dereference vulnerability exists in the Binary File Descriptor (BFD) library (aka libbfd), as distributed in GNU Binutils 2.35, in _bfd_elf_get_symbol_version_string, as demonstrated in nm-new, that can cause a denial of service via a crafted file.
