How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:11 edk2 to version 2020.11-2+deb11u2 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream edk2 package and not the edk2 package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.

An insecure default to allow UEFI Shell in EDK2 was left enabled in Ubuntu's EDK2. This allows an OS-resident attacker to bypass Secure Boot.
