How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:11 imagemagick to version 8:6.9.10.8+dfsg-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream imagemagick package and not the imagemagick package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.

The functions ReadDCMImage in coders/dcm.c, ReadPWPImage in coders/pwp.c, ReadCALSImage in coders/cals.c, and ReadPICTImage in coders/pict.c in ImageMagick 7.0.8-4 do not check the return value of the fputc function, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service via a crafted image file.
