How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:11 log4net to version 1.2.10+dfsg-8 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream log4net package and not the log4net package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.

Apache log4net versions before 2.0.10 do not disable XML external entities when parsing log4net configuration files. This allows for XXE-based attacks in applications that accept attacker-controlled log4net configuration files.
