How to fix?

There is no fixed version for Debian:13 curl.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream curl package and not the curl package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:13 relevant fixed versions and status.

Calling curl_easy_pause() within the event-based CURLMOPT_SOCKETFUNCTION callback triggers a use-after-free vulnerability, where libcurl attempts to store a flag using a dangling struct pointer immediately after that pointer's memory has been freed.
