Upgrade Debian:13 libcrypt-pbkdf2-perl to version 0.261630-1~deb13u1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libcrypt-pbkdf2-perl package and not the libcrypt-pbkdf2-perl package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:13 relevant fixed versions and status.

Crypt::PBKDF2 versions before 0.261630 for Perl generate insecure random values for salts.

These versions use the built-in rand function, which is predictable and unsuitable for cryptography.
