How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:13 mysql-ocaml to version 1.0.4-7 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream mysql-ocaml package and not the mysql-ocaml package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:13 relevant fixed versions and status.

The mysql-ocaml bindings 1.0.4 for MySQL do not properly support the mysql_real_escape_string function, which might allow remote attackers to leverage escaping issues involving multibyte character encodings.
