Upgrade Debian:13 syslog-ng to version 2.0.9-4.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream syslog-ng package and not the syslog-ng package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:13 relevant fixed versions and status.

syslog-ng does not call chdir when it calls chroot, which might allow attackers to escape the intended jail. NOTE: this is only a vulnerability when a separate vulnerability is present. This flaw affects syslog-ng versions prior to and including 2.0.9.
