How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:9 libid3tag to version 0.15.1b-8 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libid3tag package and not the libid3tag package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

field.c in the libid3tag 0.15.0b library allows context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service (CPU consumption) via an ID3_FIELD_TYPE_STRINGLIST field that ends in '\0', which triggers an infinite loop.
