Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream ruby-kramdown package and not the ruby-kramdown package as distributed by Debian.
Kramdown before 2.3.1 does not restrict Rouge formatters to the Rouge::Formatters namespace, and thus arbitrary classes can be instantiated.
