How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:unstable kdeplasma-addons to version 4:5.3.2-2 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream kdeplasma-addons package and not the kdeplasma-addons package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:unstable relevant fixed versions and status.

The %{password(...)} macro in pastemacroexpander.cpp in the KDE Paste Applet before 4.10.5 in kdeplasma-addons does not properly generate passwords, which allows context-dependent attackers to bypass authentication via a brute-force attack.
