Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libv8-3.14 package and not the libv8-3.14 package as distributed by Debian.
The Google V8 engine, as used in Google Chrome before 44.0.2403.89 and QtWebEngineCore in Qt before 5.5.1, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (memory corruption) or execute arbitrary code via a crafted web site.
