How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:unstable node-ip-address to version 10.7.4-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream node-ip-address package and not the node-ip-address package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:unstable relevant fixed versions and status.

ip-address before 10.7.4 allows a denial of service (CPU consumption from quadratic complexity, and application stall) via many % characters in input reaching a function call that uses the Address6 constructor.
