NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream snapd package and not the snapd package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:unstable relevant fixed versions and status.

snap-confine in snapd before 2.38 incorrectly set the ownership of a snap application to the uid and gid of the first calling user. Consequently, that user had unintended access to a private /tmp directory.
