NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream gitlab-logger-compat-19.4 package and not the gitlab-logger-compat-19.4 package as distributed by Minimos. See How to fix? for Minimos:latest relevant fixed versions and status.

GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 18.11 before 19.2.8, 19.3 before 19.3.5, and 19.4 before 19.4.2 that, under certain conditions, could have allowed an authenticated user with a project-scoped fine-grained Personal Access Token to permanently delete or modify group-level labels, due to incorrect authorization logic on label ownership scope validation.
