Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libnvjitlink-12 package and not the libnvjitlink-12 package as distributed by Minimos.

The Reader.ReadResponse function constructs a response string through repeated string concatenation of lines. When the number of lines in a response is large, this can cause excessive CPU consumption.
