CWE-287  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:6 libcurl to version 0:7.19.7-37.el6_5.3 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2014-0561.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libcurl package and not the libcurl package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:6 relevant fixed versions and status.

cURL and libcurl 7.10.6 through 7.34.0, when more than one authentication method is enabled, re-uses NTLM connections, which might allow context-dependent attackers to authenticate as other users via a request.
