How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:6 policycoreutils-gui to version 0:2.0.83-30.1.0.1.el6_8 or higher.

SELinux policycoreutils allows local users to execute arbitrary commands outside of the sandbox via a crafted TIOCSTI ioctl call.
