How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:7 bind-libs-lite to version 32:9.11.4-26.P2.el7_9.10 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2022-6765.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream bind-libs-lite package and not the bind-libs-lite package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

By spoofing the target resolver with responses that have a malformed EdDSA signature, an attacker can trigger a small memory leak. It is possible to gradually erode available memory to the point where named crashes for lack of resources.
