How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:7 ghostscript-devel to version 0:9.07-31.el7_6.10 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2019-0633.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream ghostscript-devel package and not the ghostscript-devel package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

It was found that the superexec operator was available in the internal dictionary in ghostscript before 9.27. A specially crafted PostScript file could use this flaw in order to, for example, have access to the file system outside of the constrains imposed by -dSAFER.
