How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:7 grub2-efi-ia32-cdboot to version 1:2.02-0.87.0.21.el7_9.9 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2022-9469.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream grub2-efi-ia32-cdboot package and not the grub2-efi-ia32-cdboot package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

The GRUB2's shim_lock verifier allows non-kernel files to be loaded on shim-powered secure boot systems. Allowing such files to be loaded may lead to unverified code and modules to be loaded in GRUB2 breaking the secure boot trust-chain.
