How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:7 httpd to version 0:2.4.6-45.0.1.el7_3.4 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2017-0906.

In Apache HTTP Server versions 2.4.0 to 2.4.23, malicious input to mod_auth_digest can cause the server to crash, and each instance continues to crash even for subsequently valid requests.
