Upgrade Oracle:7 kernel-abi-whitelists to version 0:3.10.0-862.el7 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2018-1062.

The rngapi_reset function in crypto/rng.c in the Linux kernel before 4.2 allows attackers to cause a denial of service (NULL pointer dereference).
