Race Condition Affecting kernel-uek-container-debug package, versions <0:5.4.17-2102.201.3.el7

The vulnerable component is not bound to the network stack and the attacker's path is via read/write/execute capabilities.

A successful attack depends on conditions beyond the attacker's control.
