Race Condition Affecting kernel-uek-devel package, versions <0:4.14.35-2047.507.7.5.el7uek

The vulnerable component is not bound to the network stack and the attacker's path is via read/write/execute capabilities.

A successful attack depends on conditions beyond the attacker's control.
