NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libvirt-daemon-driver-network package and not the libvirt-daemon-driver-network package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

libvirt before 2.0.0 improperly disables password checking when the password on a VNC server is set to an empty string, which allows remote attackers to bypass authentication and establish a VNC session by connecting to the server.
