How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:7 mod_proxy_html to version 1:2.4.6-99.0.9.el7_9.1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2026-0075.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream mod_proxy_html package and not the mod_proxy_html package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

Apache HTTP Server 2.4.65 and earlier with Server Side Includes (SSI) enabled and mod_cgid (but not mod_cgi) passes the shell-escaped query string to #exec cmd="..." directives.

This issue affects Apache HTTP Server before 2.4.66.

Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.4.66, which fixes the issue.
