How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:7 ntpdate to version 0:4.2.6p5-25.0.1.el7 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2016-2583.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream ntpdate package and not the ntpdate package as distributed by Oracle. See How to fix? for Oracle:7 relevant fixed versions and status.

The crypto_xmit function in ntpd in NTP 4.2.x before 4.2.8p4, and 4.3.x before 4.3.77 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via crafted packets containing particular autokey operations. NOTE: This vulnerability exists due to an incomplete fix for CVE-2014-9750.
