Upgrade Oracle:7 qemu-img to version 12:2.9.0-19.el7 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2019-4520.

v9fs_wstat in hw/9pfs/9p.c in QEMU allows guest OS users to cause a denial of service (crash) because of a race condition during file renaming.
