How to fix?

Upgrade Oracle:7 qemu-system-aarch64 to version 15:3.1.0-1.el7 or higher.
This issue was patched in ELSA-2019-4585.

Memory leak in the audio/audio.c in QEMU (aka Quick Emulator) allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (memory consumption) by repeatedly starting and stopping audio capture.
